Mannum“Where its always 5 degrees warmer”

Mark Wimberley Power FMs new account executive has been leaving some serious shoe leather in Mannum the past few weeks. He has been busily working on the newest promotion for Mannum“where its always 5 degrees warmer”.

The advertising campaign which will run for two months is jointly supported byThe Mid Murray Council,Murraylands Regional Tourist Association along with Wink and Micheal ChorneyRiverview Rise Retreat and the businesses of Mannum.

The aim of this campaign is to encourage and increase visitor numbers in July and August (traditionally our quieter months) and dispel the perception there is not enough water in the Murray River.

The MRTA will then run a direct marketing campaign July, through to September, leading up to the Royal Adelaide Show, culminating in a Community Open Day in October 23rd at the Mary Anne Reserve in Mannum all made possible thanks to receiving the ABC Revive and Thrive grant.

It is great to see a community working together, the winners of this campaign are those who venture to Mannum“where its always 5 degrees warmer”.
